When Clicking “Launch” a small program will be downloaded to this computer. This is a one time access tool, so once you’ve ended the session, access to this computer will not be possible until you launch the application and give us the new code.

3 SIMPLE STEPS:

2) Run the the downloaded program.
3) Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.
NOTICE:
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
